CYA Boys Lacrosse Assessments:

Sunday, 2/4:
8U/10U - 2-3 PM at Chantilly High School
12U - 10-11 AM at Greenbriar Park Turf
14U - 11-12 PM at Greenbriar Park Turf

Sunday, 2/11:
12U - 10-11 AM at Greenbriar Park Turf
14U - 11-12 PM at Greenbriar Park Turf

Sunday, 2/18:

10U - 2-3 PM at Chantilly High School

We strongly encourage all players to make as many assessments as possible, not only does this give the coaches a better opportunity to evaluate players, but it gives the players a chance to improve and have fun.

Waitlisted players should attend as well.

If you are unsure of your son's age group, he was automatically placed into the age group when registering based upon his birthday. You should be able to check your receipt from CYA. For reference - because the age groups have an odd name - 8U actually should probably be those "under 8" as of 9/1/2023. So 8U will consist of predominantly 6 and 7 year olds, and 8 year olds that only recently turned 8 since September. The other age groups follow suit.

All boys should be fully equipped with Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, a mouthpiece, and a stick. Cleats are recommended but not required. All boys should bring an easily identifiable water bottle as well.

Please note that 6U does not have assessments and we will be in touch in late February/early March regarding the start of practices in the meantime we suggest you recruit as many 6U friends as possible. The more the merrier!
